造化自有道理。自古居高位享厚禄者、时势造英雄发大财者，本身就同时负有承天应人之职，这就是天职。负天职者，当承应造化生生不息之理，并为此而淳厚风习，孕育生机，此即仁，仁者能好人，故仓廪实而知礼节，衣食足而知荣辱。这是其天命，所谓为富不仁，即不遵天命。自古其人其家富极贵溢，而能福泽绵长、保泰持盈者，皆多少知晓此义而能世代勉力践行。反之，富甲一时，偶以小善市誉沽名，于大义宏伦则蔑如也，率不知行大善，故其成也在天，败也在己，如戏词所云：眼看起高楼，顷刻楼塌了。至于恃财矜世欺人、见义不为，侵人肥己诸行，皆非仁者之行，故造化不宥。
